About Katelyn E. Sullivan

REALTOR® Katelyn E. Sullivan, with Coldwell Banker Realty ~ is a 3rd generation REALTOR® and a Massachusetts native. Katelyn is a current Boston resident and is originally from Framingham MA. Having grown up in Metrowest, and having lived in Boston the last several years, Katelyn serves both Boston & the suburbs for her client's real estate needs. Katelyn currently ranks as the "International President's Circle:" ranking in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker Realty agents globally. In 2022, she received the international 30 Under 30 award. Katelyn loves her career in real estate, she feels as though she's a born realtor, given her grandmother worked in real estate in the 60s & 70s, and Katelyn's mother, Diane B. Sullivan, has been a Metrowest real estate powerhouse since 1985. Katelyn learned from the best as Diane's been a top producer for decades. Katelyn is out of the Coldwell Banker Boston, Back Bay, office and has sold over 30 million in real estate since 2020. Katelyn has helped over 50 first time buyers purchase homes in Massachusetts, despite the difficult buyer's market, in recent years. Katelyn holds annual first time buyer webinars, as well as in-person homebuying events, in both English and Spanish. Katelyn picked up Spanish in school, and after college lived in Latin America to continue her Spanish language education. Katelyn's worked for both buyers and sellers speaking Spanish. Katelyn enjoys helping sellers prepare their home to list, in order to get top dollar on their investment. Katelyn's creativity, energetic soul and innate grit are all traits that are evident in her delivery. Katelyn delivers a "white glove experience" to all of her sellers and buyers, as a realtor in the Boston area. In addition to real estate, Katelyn is involved with her local community. Now a resident of East Boston, she founded Eastie Gals: a group for Meet Ups and creating connection amongst women nearby. She's also heavily involved in the Junior League of Boston and the Greater Boston Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. Through her various community groups, she does volunteer opportunities, philanthropy activities, and more.
